There really is a comic book or graphic novel for everyone, in every bit the same way there is with prose fiction, movies, or TV etc. And the time to try out something new is on Free Comic Day Free comic day takes place at all comic stores on the first Saturday of May and is when all Comic Shops give out free comics to customers. Dress up and come in Cosplay as your favourite superhero or comic book character and take part in our competition. We will photo you and the best Cosplay by the end of the day wins a prize of £10 worth of comics!
