Points of etiquette about streaming Magic play:
– Point your camera at your playing area
– Have your ‘library’ draw deck visible too
– Don’t show your hand of cards to your opponent
– It’d be good for opponents to know how many cards you have in your hand, perhaps put your hand face-down in your playing area when you’re not looking at your cards.
– (Ideal setup would be the camera looking at you like another player. Due to people’s cameras, screens and living area setups, this might not be possible though.)
– We know our players are honest, so we don’t have to say ‘don’t cheat.’ This is about the community coming together by any means in tough times and anything else would go against the spirit of it all.
– Any other input about running games online is welcome. Any questions you have for us, please just ask.
