Gnash Comics will only collect the Customer’s personal information for legitimate business purposes and will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and privacy of that information. When the Customer places an order on this site for collection in store or home delivery Gnash Comics needs to know the Customer’s name, telephone number, email address, home address and delivery address.

Gnash Comics will only use the Customer’s personal information in accordance with all current Data Protection Acts currently The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. Gnash Comics will not distribute or share the Customer’s personal information to any third party. Gnash Comics will ensure all staff are fully aware of current regulations and the importance of not compromising customer’s personal data and privacy. The Customer may review or change their personal information at any time by contacting info@gnashcomics.co.uk or updating their account online.

Marketing and Statistics

Gnash Comics will not provide aggregate statistics about customers, sales, traffic patterns or other related website information to any third parties except industry related organisations such as Booksellers Association and only for the express aim of improving the customer experience.

By subscribing to the Gnash Newsletter the Customer is agreeing to be emailed by Gnash Comics with information about future products, offers and events. Should the Customer not wish to receive this information, they should click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email and follow the instructions or alternatively, contact Gnash Comics on 01364 653835 , or email to info@gnashcomics.co.uk, and ask to be removed from the list.

Our emails may contain a single, campaign-unique ‘web beacon’ to tell us whether our emails are opened and verify any clicks through to links within the email. We may use this information for purposes including determining which of our emails are more interesting to

users, to query whether users who do not open our emails wish to continue receiving them. The beacon will be deleted when you delete the email.
